Teaching PhilosophyTeacher Candidates should include a brief statement (one to two paragraph summary) outlining their Philosophy of Teaching and Learning. This one or two paragraph component (approximately a full page of text - one line spacing of lines) would allow a principal or a hiring member to get an overall understanding of what teacher candidate represents in terms of teaching. This will summarize all that the teacher candidate has learned throughout the year and should be written near the end of the year. It is the teacher candidate’s take on what teaching and learning is all about. * Remove all 'helper' text and insert your own.
