Action ResearchOne of the assignments at UOIT focussed on Educational Research. This
particular project dealt with Action Research which is carried out at
the local level by teachers. While educational research abounds, too few
of the profession's field practitioners are actually involved resulting
in a vast, undiscovered resource. I believe that Action Research, as a
facet of Professional Development, will be instrumental in changing the
